In the 70s there was a model of N10/N12 made in Hong Kong. So that's not it either.
It was a tanker and I think it was also a tipper. It was based on the first demo trucks (N89) 1973 and had different colors.

It is not easy to remember Swedish toy manufacturers.
E.Liss & co in Gagnef manufactured a Volvo "Rundnos" in metal in the 40s.
However, there were Galanite that made plastic toys of various sizes.
Could it be them?
It's 4x2, however.
