Nice forum you have in sweden.
i'm marco braas from holland.
i restorated this volvo titan a few years agoo.
now i'm bissy with a daf trailer from '63 for behind them.
My next projekt wil be a BE-GE cabine for the volvo.
Only i 'm still looking for it.
I'f you know some nice cabine, please let it now.

What model (length in mm) of cabin do you want?
(1080. 1200. 1350, 1450)

It's wery difficult to find cabins in good condition so most troly if you find one you have to find a good carpenter also. What's wrong with the GN-cabin? The GN-cabins was built in steel and mych easier to fix. But for the real long-haul trucks almost all of them had BeGe cabins of model 1350 or 1450, both models that had a little rounded window behind the door.

I realy wanted a 1350 or 1450 cab on the titan.
But when i find a smaler one, i will try to make a 1450 cab of it

Yes,
I think that is the one and only way to get one of the "bigger" ones for yourselfs. I have seen some good examples of such jobs. One of those examples does not have the small side-window behind the doors - I hope we can see this one at Pärlrallyt in august, it's on a Scania-Vabis LS75 painted in "Bilspedition" colors.

I forgot to say that the trailer behind the Titan was typical dutch ones, I remember them well from the days in the middle of the 60th when I each week wisited Zwolle with loads of Scania parts from Södertälje.

I also remeber that type of trailer with an movable crane mounted on side rails. That type of trailer had a plane floor of course. I was impressed that the crane was able to move along the whole length of the trailer. Typical load was brick stones.

It wasn´t cheap. Must be overpriced? We can get a whole truck for lesser than 39.000 crowns.
