The fourth part of the VHS tape is ready:

In November 1991 we went back to Sweden for an ASG trip.
We started this trip in Halmstad where we visited the ASG terminal to film the activities there.
Lots of Volvo and Scania 'wearing' the blue and yellow!

Great Montfrooij, strange no of our contrymen had your interest document trucks as and ASG as are long gone. But perhaps we were homeblind?

We have a saying in The Netherlands, it's like : what comes from far away, tastes the best.
It probably was the combination of a beautiful country (Sweden), the good combination of colours (blue and yellow), the interest in Scandinavian trucks (Volvo and Scania) and the nice logo (ASG), combined with the nice people that made the hobby grow big!

And, of course, something that was rare to us, got our interest.
And ASG was rare in The Netherlands (at least you did not see 100 ERT trucks those days)

My dad even ran an ASG fanclub (VASGEN) in The Netherlands. So it got pretty big

I worked at ERT Sweden those days and have seen quite many ERT-trailers in the 70-ies. I am looking for and would be happy to find an old ERT-trailer.

I'm sure I will find many of them (pictures and movies of ERT trailers). But the 'real' ones will be rare.

They used to be parked nearby Scania Zwolle on a parking place that could be seen from the highway A28.

Aha, that would be nice indeed!
I'm sure I don't have any trailers in my backyard.... It's rather small.
So good luck on finding one of those.
