Hi,
I am a Dutch truckmodel builder, mainly working in scale 1:50. Have particular interest in (old) Scania (Vabis) trucks and (old) Scandinavian trucks in general.
Am currently working on my latest project for which I still need clear pictures of the chassis and tandem axle construction. The truck will be an old type Sisu 6x2 chassis with bogielift.
Perhaps someone can assist with pictures of the chassis and engine?

This is the type of cab I'm trying to make:

The start of teh cab. Initially intend to use the Replicars kit of the Sisu but this turned out to be far out of scale and detail. Still have used a small number of parts from the kit where I've made the cab of further using Evergreen.

So if any one can assit, let me know!

Nice work. Probably one of the first Sisumodells made in Holland.

I`m no Sisu man, should it be with Rolls-Royce or Cummins engine?

It will have to be a Rolls Royce enige, so any pictures will be appreciated! I still not have any luck on the chassis details although I've found a drawing of the tandem of an older type so hopefully this is more or less the same.

This album will be updated regularly and I'll try to post some picture on a regular basis as well.

The Sisu project has been parked aside due to lack of detailed chassis info. But is has not been terminated permanently!

Besides the LS71, I'm simoultaniously working on a LBS76 tractor with long sleeper cab, also based on a HG kit.
This tractor Will be combined with a two axled tilttrailer.
