I'm really not too sure about this one, because of the SCANIA badge I thought it was a 141 at first, but the front panel and bumper suggest a much earlier model, maybe a Scania expert can advise me on this one?

The number is GCJ 436........

Nick, it must be a Scania LBS 140 as was developed from 1969 and had one V8-engine as on that time was the strongest engine in Europe outputting 350 hk. But thers skould be a signplate as sems have gone or been lost. But the bumper has 4 holes as a picture from the Scania book.

But let us hear vhat other peoples say.

It seems to belong to the firm "Ekbergs i Helsingborg", which Per Thomson wrote about in the "Åkerihistoria" thread.

Possibly an early model which have had the Scania-plate changed?
The headlights in positioned in the bumpers where only around for the first few years.
