Hej

Hi, there have been many of them in Norway. Some of them had been running for a heavy - transport company in Oslo.
I know that they had been sitting on a trailer later on, ready for transport to someone who wanted to buy them. As far as I know they made there way to germany, waiting for restauration. It is also possible that there´s at least one left in norway, you should try to ask in the norwegian veteran truck scene.

I think that there was a guy here in germany who was thinking of making one of those truck´s to a original L7 or L8 Truck with transport fram and every thing you need.....

I will have a look for those pictures and put them on his site as soon as I find them again.

How things are going,
Today I had a close look in my foto-packs, and..... I found them. Standing on a trailer.
2 Faun from Norway :P

Those 2 on the yellow trailer had been transported from Austria in 1988 to germany, but none of them had been restaurert until now.

Interesting pictures Thorsten, glad to see that you found them.

In the middle of 50:th I saw some Faun in heavy work with building a barrage for a water power electric plant at north Dalecarlia (Trängslet). That was one of the greatest building projects in Sweden at that time. The length of the pond is about 90 km and the heigth of the barrage about 100 m. The barrage consist of just gravel so the Faun and Euclid dumpers were moving gravel over several years. At that place I also saw the first Scania-Vabis LT75 at 1957. The 75 model was not introdused at that time so this was a test model.

Sorry, enough with OT now
